Job description

We’re currently looking to hire a Web + Graphic Designer. We want someone who’s creative, loves to think outside the templates, loves to create the unknown, and loves to create visual storytelling. It's in your nature to both build and design a website. We want someone who’s able to work collaboratively and come up with their own ideas and not be afraid to try new things!

Main responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing websites for clients

  • Building and working with Wireframes + Prototypes

  • Maintaining websites on a regular basis

  • Creating E-Commerce websites

  • Completing Graphic Design work for clients

  • Creating Brand Identities and Logos

Required skills:

  • Degree/diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience with Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, Wix or similar services. 

  • Web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience working with Figma and/or Adobe XD

  • Experience with UI/UX Design

  • Agile and test-driven development best practices

  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization

  • Creative and always trying new things

  • Able to learn and research in a fast paced environment

  • Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment

Nice to have:

  • Customer service experience

  • Has worked in an agency setting or similar environments before

Social Media Coordinator

Job description

We’re currently looking to hire a social media specialist. We understand that social media is constantly changing, but you’re eager to learn and are passionate about it. You always try new things on social media. You’ll be exposed to a ton of interesting clients from various industries. You’ll understand their social media needs and will be able to create amazing content for their platforms. You love to create and are always up to date on what’s trending.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Brainstorm new content ideas for social media

  • Present new ideas to senior team members 

  • Must be a self starter with excellent attention to detail, time management, project management, and communication skills.

  • Must be able to review analytics and provide social media reports.

  • Coordinate with colleagues to create social media content 

  • Schedule and upload social media content

  • Complete daily social media engagement

  • Assist in the creation of editing of written, video and photo content

  • Perform outreach engagement to increase followers

  • Manage multiple social media accounts at once

  • Conduct social media audits

  • Create social media reports for clients

  • Monitor and interact with users, respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments

  • Keep social media accounts organized

  • Design and Implementation of social media

  • Execute and management of influencer program

  • Create and maintain paid Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads

 

  • A strong knowledge of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn and any emerging channels).

 

Required skills:

  • Diploma/degree in Marketing, Public relations, Communications or something similar

  • 3+ years of social media experience

  • Strong knowledge of all social media channels; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any emerging channels

  • Must be creative and able to come up with ideas for social media

  • Must be able to stay on top of social media trends

  • Must understand social media metrics 

  • Must articulate next steps for clients 

  • Must understand social media analytics and KPIs

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Planonly, Business, Sprinklr, Etc , Business Suites,).

  • Experience with influencer marketing is an asset.

  • Comfortable working independently and with a team

  • Must be extremely organized

  • Must be able to talk with clients

  • Must feel comfortable Designing 

  • Knowledge on SEO

  • Must have photography and videography experience

 

Nice to have:

  • Must know how to successfully launch a social platform and all steps included

  • Must be comfortable with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter.

  • Be familiar with social media scheduling platforms such as HootSuite, Later and/or Planoly

  • Be fluent in Canva

  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr).

  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Facebook Ads Certified

  • Has experience with Instagram, Pinterest, and/or TikTok Ads

  • Interested or have experience in working with influencers
